Submitting Artwork

I love filling up the folders here with all kinds of nerdy art, and I'm always scouring dA in hopes of finding great art, so I can make a request to the artist for their art to be featured here.

And I always try and accept any requests sent from you all. However, no matter how stunning your work is, if it doesn't tie into a fandom or some sort of nerdy topic, it doesn't belong in the group. Sorry. :shrug:

I would also like to ask all of you who submit your art, to PLEASE put it in the correct folder. It's tedious to have to sort through everyone's work, when all you have to do it go to the top right corner to the drop-down menu, and select the folder that your art belongs in. The reality is, not all art can go in the "Featured" folder. Show the other folders some love!

The folders are pretty self-explanatory when it comes to what belongs in them, and there are lots of categories to choose from.

But if you're not sure where yours should go, then don't worry about it. Just leave it in the "Featured" folder, and I'll make sure to find a good home for it!

Thor was in the training room with Steve, Clint and Natasha, working on group fighting techniques. Tony, and Bruce were in the lab, Tony working on his suit and Bruce watching him work, simply content to be in intelligent company. Loki had been left to his own devices in the library, smiling wryly to himself at the imagination of some Midgardians, especially when it came to their mythology. He'd just been setting down another book on one of the vast number of shelves when the door opened, and he turned with a smile to face whichever Avenger had come to greet him.

So today we hit 100 members! You guys are great, and I think I might try another contest, if you guys are interested. There were no entries last time, so it'll probably be awhile 'til I decide to go ahead and do it.

Also, I want to wish a happy 30th birthday to Supernatural's Sam Winchester! It seems like only yesterday that you were going off the Stanford... *cries*

And today is the 15th anniversary of the Battle of Hogwarts, the day the last horcrux was slain (by one bamf, Neville Longbottom), and the day we all lost some of our favorite characters. *cries some more*

AND today is the midnight release of Iron Man 3 (technically tomorrow, but...)! I can't make it due to procrastinating on both my honors projects till the day before, but I hope all of you fellow Americans out there have fun! *drowns in tears*

Hey, Hon. Sorry to bother you again. Your other folders are unavailable in your group.
Apparently, the only available folder is "Featured" on your list. I've tried to submit a piece directly to your group from its home page [Contribute Art] and also from typing in your group name on my "Submit to Group" link on my own deviation page. On both options, the only folder available is "Featured" - just to give you a heads up. Thanks! :D
